THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN AS.No. 1585 of 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S.Ramachandra Rao) Counsel for the respondents 6 to 9 has filed a letter dt.30.09.2019 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, stating that the parties have settled the matter out of Court and requesting for permission to withdraw the appeal.

Counsel for the appellants has also filed memo on 24.12.2019 seeking permission to withdraw this Appeal. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
