Heard learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator represents that in O.S.A. No. 49 of 2015, the company in liquidation and the applicant - petitioner had entered into a compromise, hence, the Company Application may be closed along with the Company Petition.

In view of the above submission, this Company Application is closed. Consequently, Company Petition No. 62 of 2013 is also closed.
