HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.30360 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) and, with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. It is fairly conceded by both the counsel that the subject matter of the present writ petition is covered by a judgment of this Court in W.P. No. 18779 of 2014 and batch dated 31.10.2016.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and batch. It is made clear that the directions will hold good until either the government issues a fresh G.O. specifying the rates of admission, in exercise of the statutory powers, or it directs operation of G.O.Ms. No. 75, dated 23.06.2017.
