The petitioner complaining against inaction in disposing of the representation, dated 29.07.2015, in the instant writ petition. 2.
Through representation, dated 29.07.2015, the grievance of occupants of land at Varagali Cross Roads was brought to the notice of respondents. According to them, the grievance has remained unattended even as on date. After taking note of the nature of complaint and also the same remained unattended till date, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order. a. The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit representation, dated 29.07.2015, to respondent Nos.4 and 5 by enclosing a copy of this order within four weeks from today.
b. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are directed to look into the grievance and pass orders or take action as is warranted in the circumstances of the case.
c. The said exercise shall be completed within two months from the date of receipt of representation.

The writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. 4.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
