HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.32252 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent-bank in attaching the entire salary of the petitioner contrary to order dated 02-04-2018 passed in I.A.No.210 of 2018 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge's Court, Chittoor.

After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to grant any order, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies under law.

In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
