The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the Sarpanch of respondent No.6- Masakapalli Gram Panchayat, with a view to settle personal scores against its Proprietor, has illegally raised an iron bar to prevent the trucks carrying coconuts in connection with its business from entering the Village and has been causing inconvenience to its Proprietor. The further grievance of the petitioner is that though a representation in this regard was made to respondent Nos.3 and 4 as far back as 05-11-2014, no action is being taken. In the light of this innocuous but genuine grievance of the petitioner, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and issue appropriate directions to respondent Nos.

They shall communicate their decision and action as indicated above to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of this order. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
