THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.27685 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents in providing individual service connections along with electrical meters to the houses/flats of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the order of this court dated 18.12.2015 in W.P. No.32614 of 2015. By the said order, this court directed the respondents to release individual service connections on payment of requisite charges within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, in terms of the order of this court dated 18.12.2015 in W.P. No.32614 of 2015. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ (T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J) August 23, 2016.
