.. Respondent.

The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO Contempt Case No.2066 of 2015

ORDER

This Court, in W.P.M.P.No.37398 of 2015 in W.P.No.28870 of 2015 dated 18.09.2015, directed respondent No.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.02.2015.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Corporation placed the order passed by the Commissioner on 18.08.2016, which is in purported compliance of the direction issued by this Court, in disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2015.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to contend that what is stated in the order is not correct and that the relevant material was already supplied, whereas respondent ignored the said material and passed the present order.

4. What is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner may be true, but the direction of this Court is with reference to the passing of the order on the representation and the copy of the order of the Commissioner dated 18.08.2016 is in response to the said representation, whether the reasons assigned are valid, is a matter which can be gone into only in appropriate proceedings.

5. The proceedings dated 18.08.2016 would amount to compliance of the direction issued.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies, if so advised, against the orders of the Commissioner dated 18.08.2016. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand dismissed. _________________ P.NAVEEN RAO, J 23rd August, 2016 sj
