It is stated by counsel for petitioner that the Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the interim order dt.24.12.2014 in WPMP.No.48717 of in W.P.No.38886 of 2014, but since the Writ Petition itself was disposed of, the Contempt Case could not survive. 2.
In view of the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
