ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 02.12.2015, in Writ Petition No.39113 of 2015, whereunder respondent No.2 was directed to depute a responsible officer for inspection and take appropriate steps in accordance with law to prevent respondent No.4 from carrying on

further construction and also remove such part of the construction which is falling on the public lane after following due process of law.

At the hearing, Mr. N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submitted that in pursuance of the abovementioned order of this Court, demolition of vital parts of the building was carried out and he has placed before the Court some photographs in support of the said submission.

Having regard to these facts, I do not find any reason to continue the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
