HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.11717 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in trying to arrest the petitioners without following due process of law in connection with registration of FIR No.226 of 2017 at the instance of the fourth respondent.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is with regard to following of proper procedure in the investigation, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to follow due process of law including compliance with Section 41-A Cr.P.C., while investigating Crime No.226 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
