This Company Application is filed seeking permission to condone the delay of 2090 days in filing the claim of Form-66 of the Companies (Court) Rules, by the applicant with the Official Liquidator. For the reasons stated in the Company Application, the delay of 2090 days is condoned subject to the petitioner furnishing necessary original documents along with the Form-66 within a period of one week from today.
