This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 28.10.2016 passed in E.P. No.343 of 2012 in O.S.No.318 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Anantapur.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of E.P. No.343 of 2012 on 09.8.2017. In view of the disposal of the E.P., the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
