THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20254 OF 2015 ORDER:

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to canvass all the contentions raised herein in O.P.No.365 of 2011 pending before the Principal District Judge, Srikakulam.

2. Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for by the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
