HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.12475 of 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with leveling works of petitioner's plot in 88 sq.yards of plot, Code No.025 in Sy.No.131/1 of Garepalli Revenue Village, Kataram Mandal, Karimnagar District, as illegal, arbitrary, without authority of law, against the principles of natural justice and unconstitutional and consequently allow the writ petition directing the respondents not to interfere with the leveling activity of the petitioner on the subject land.

Counter not filed by the respondents so far.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 23.01.2014 in Writ Petition No.822 of 2014.

On perusal of the aforesaid order, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue reported no objection.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 23.01.2014 in Writ Petition No.822 of 2014. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
