Heard Sri Mahmood Ali counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue).

Learned counsel through letter dated 19-09-2016 requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition, as the petitioner has already executed a sale deed in respect of the subject matter of the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. This court is not considering the merits of the matter and the request for granting liberty by the learned counsel is accepted and the purchasers of the petitioner are given liberty to initiate fresh writ petition in accordance with law.
