HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 15739 of 2016 O R D E R:- Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners - A1 to A3, the condition to the extent that " two sureties each who shall furnish Fixed Deposits of Rs.1,00,000/ - (Rupees One Lakh Only) each" in respect of the 1st and 2nd petitioners - A1 and A2 and the condition to the extent that " two sureties who shall furnish Fixed Deposit for a sum of Rs.50,000/ - each" in respect of the 3rd petitioner - A3 imposed in the order dated 20.10.2016 in Crl.M.P.No. 3232 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences Under N.D.P.S.

Act at Visakhapatnam, are hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered. This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
