This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused No.2 in C.C. No.387 of 2013 on the file of the Court of X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 239 of Cr.P.C., before the trial court. Permission is granted. 3.
