Udaya Sri, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant and Sri S. Appadhara Reddy, Learned Counsel for the respondent-writ petitioner, would submit that, pursuant to the final orders passed in the Writ Petition, the respondents had passed a speaking order on 14.11.2012; and, as the petitioner would be required to challenge the said order if he is aggrieved thereby, the cause in the Writ Appeal does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
