It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.9054 of 2013 dated 26.03.2013 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 26.03.2013 in W.P.No.9054 of 2013 directing the 3rd respondent-Registrar, Stamps and Registration, Tirupati, to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject property without reference to the letter dated 23.10.2010 issued by the Joint Collector-cum-Settlement Officer, Chittoor-2nd respondent. In the event the document fulfils the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the same shall be registered and released in accordance with the due procedure.
