THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38572 of 2015 ORDER :

In this Writ Petition the petitioner, who is card holder residing in Madavaram Village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District, states that there has been a vacancy of the permanent Fair Price Shop Dealership for shop No.23 located in the said village and that the said vacancy is not being filled up in spite of a representation dt.07.09.2015 submitted by him to the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.07.09.2015 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
