CVNR, J & GSP, J CC.No.2389 of 2018 Dt:12.9.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 29.8.2017, in Writ Appeal No.1226 of 2017. After arguing the case, Mr. V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to his client to issue a notice to the respondent sensitizing him that the interim order passed by the Supreme Court is only to the limited extent of payment of back wages and call upon him to comply with the remaining part of the order of this Court which has not been stayed by the Supreme Court and to avail a fresh remedy in the event, the respondent does not comply with the afore-mentioned order of this Court.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
