Learned counsel for both parties have stated that vide order dated 12.11.2016, the matter between the parties have been settled amicably before the Lok Adalat. They produced the copy of the award dated 12.11.2016 before this court, which is taken on record. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of in terms of the Lok Adalat award dated 12.11.2016. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this petition, shall stand closed.
