HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C. No. 2433 of 2018 O R D E R:- This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order dated 05.12.2013 in W.P.No. 20478 of 2005 passed by this Court.

The learned Standing Counsel for T.S.R.T.C. (Previously A.P.S.R.T.C.) has produced copy of the Proceedings dated 23.10.2018 issued by the respondent and submitted that the order dated 05.12.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 20478 of 2005 has been complied with.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. If the petitioner still feels that the order passed by this Court is not properly complied with, he is at liberty to revive the Contempt Case. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
