Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available in law. A letter dated 02.03.2017 is also filed in the Registry to that effect.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
