CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3387 OF 2013 O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A5 under section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in CC.No. 197 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.
2. Sri V.Rajagopal Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/A1 to A5 submit that this matter has been settled between the parties vide proceedings dated 27/9/2016 before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. He submits that after amicable settlement between the parties, the said Committee passed award and accordingly referred this matter before this Court for passing necessary orders vide its order dated 08/10/2016.
3. Perused the terms of the Award dated 08/10/2016 passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad.
4. Keeping in view, the settlement arrived in proceedings dated 27/9/2016 and parties have settled the matter on 08/10/2016, this
Criminal Petition stands disposed of in terms of the award dated 08/10/2016, as settled before High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand disposed of.
