HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.3689 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting any enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2015 as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. There is no necessity to put notice on R.6 since this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the case on merits.

As seen from the copy of representation dated 23.11.2015, the request of the petitioner appears to be innocuous. No relief can be granted by any authority on the representation said to have been made by the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make a fresh representation before appropriate authority. Giving the liberty, as prayed for, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
