THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2328 of 2011 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the orders dated 30.05.2011 in C.C.Sr.No.4054 of 2011 on the file of the Court of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing of the criminal revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
