This Transfer C.M.P. is filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of O.P.No.81 of 2015, pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, to the Family Court, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for transfer of O.P.No.81 of 2015, which was filed by the respondent-husband for divorce and the learned counsel also submits that presence of the respondent be dispensed with on each and every adjournment. In view of the above submission, the Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, transferring O.P.No.81 of 2015 from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem, West Godavari District, to the Family Court, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, dispensing with the presence of the respondent for each and every adjournment of hearing. However, the respondent will have to appear before the court during the course of conciliation proceedings and cross-examination. Miscellaneous petitions
