O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the police authorities did not

implement Official Memo dated 01.11.2011 issued by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor.

Perusal of the said Memo reflects that the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, directed the Station House Officer, Bangarupalem Police Station, Bangarupalem Mandal, Chittoor District, to provide police aid for implementation of the decree dated 13.08.2008 passed in O.S.No.343 of 2005 on his file. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Bangarupalem Police Station, filed a counter-affidavit stating that pursuant to the Official Memo dated 01.11.2011, police aid was provided and the decree in O.S.No.343 of 2005 was executed. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled. The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
