HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CONTEMPT CASE No.234 of 2017 ORDER: (oral) Vide order dated 06.04.2017, the learned counsel for the respondent has filed counter-affidavit and stated that the respondent has complied with the order dated 16.08.2016 of this Court vide proceedings No.C2/216/2016 dated 22.2.2017.

2. In view of the compliance, I hereby discharge the respondent/contemnor from the contempt proceedings by issuing warning that he will be careful in future in complying the directions issued by the Court.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
