THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32333 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner herein already invoked the jurisdiction of the Civil Court by instituting O.S.No.1509 of 2018 on the file of the 20th Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for specific performance of agreement of sale and the said suit is pending. It is further submitted that in the said suit, the petitioner herein also filed an application for interim injunction and the said application is also pending.

In view of the same, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to pursue the said civil remedy, already availed, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
