This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 18.03.2013, passed in I.A.No.492 of 2013 in O.S.No.158 of 2013 by the Senior Civil Judge, Khammam, wherein, warrant of attachment before judgment was issued under Order XXXVIII Rule 5 read with Section 151 CPC.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the execution petition was disposed of on 30.04.2014 by the trial Court, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
