ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.190 of 2015 of Arundalpet Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,506,509 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Scs & STs (POA) Act, 1989, against the petitionerd/A1 to A3.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
