Heard Sri M.Vidya Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of Tahsildar in accordance with law and for the present does not press the contempt prayer.

Statement is placed on record.

Liberty as sought for is granted.

Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
