When the matter was taken-up for hearing on earlier occasions i.e. on 31.08.2023, 15.O9.2023,22.09.2023, O3.tO.2023 and lastly, on 1O.1O.2O23, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court directed the matter to be listed on 17.1O.2023 under the caption "for dismissal".
Today also, despite the matter being listed under the dismissal caption, there is no representation for the petitioner in the morning and afternoon session. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
In view of the sarne, this writ petition dismissed for non-prosecution. Misceilaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
