HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.5083 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking declaration that the action of the respondents in not regularizing the petitioners' services as drivers after completion of 240 days from the date of initial appointment, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Sri Venkateswerllu Kesamsetty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondent-Corporation.
3. In an identical matter, this court disposed of WP Nos.24227 & 25527 of 2013 by way of common order dated 31.07.2015 and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the material papers. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to pass the similar order in this writ petition also.
4. In view of the same and for the reasons recorded therein, this court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition also in terms of the said common order in WP Nos.24227 and 25527 of 2013 dated 31.07.2015. Accordingly, this writ petition is also disposed of, directing the petitioners to file fresh representation before the respondents within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on the petitioners' making such representation, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
