Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondents Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao that if any private property of the petitioners is required for public purpose, the Respondents will follow due process of law by issuing notice to the petitioners.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
