ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) An order, dated 12.4.2016, issuing notice to the respondents returnable in four weeks, while admitting the Original Application by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the

Tribunal') is assailed in this Writ Petition. In our opinion, as no final order on the interim relief claimed by the petitioner was passed by the Tribunal, this Writ Petition is wholly misconceived and unwarranted, more so, when the four weeks notice period has already expired. Instead of embarking upon the needless exercise of filing the present Writ Petition, the petitioner could as well have requested the Tribunal to consider interim relief claimed by him in the O.A, after notice is returned, and to pass an appropriate order. In this view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition at this stage. The petitioner is permitted to make the request, as indicated above, to the Tribunal. In such event, the Tribunal shall pass appropriate order on the interlocutory relief claimed by the petitioner after hearing all the parties before it. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.26827 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
