Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication as the petition in O.P.No.1308 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad was disposed of on 15.06.2017 and hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
