HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2254 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.25.04.2013 in I.A.No.238 of 2013 in O.S.No.28 of 2007 passed by the Special Judge for trial of cases under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cumAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram in an application filed under Section 151 CPC to reopen the matter for recording the evidence of the plaintiff in the above suit. But, the petition was dismissed.

As the suit itself was disposed of on 17.04.2014, the question of reopening the evidence of the plaintiff does not arise. Consequently, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
