It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner as well as Government Pleader that subsequent to passing interim orders in WPMP No. 42813 of 2014 in W.P.No. 34236 of 2014 dated 1.12.2014, Division Bench of this Court, following judgment of the Full Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary and others vs. Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad & others (W.A.343 of 2015, 232 of 2012 and 352 of 2013) dated 23-12-2015, disposed of writ petition No. 34236 of 2014 by order dated 29.1.2016.

In view of the final disposal of the writ petition, nothing survives in the contempt case. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with the orders passed by this Court in writ petition No. 34236 of 2014 dated 29.1.2016.
