THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEPT CASE No. 1565 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 14.03.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.8796 of 2017.

The operative portion of the aforesaid order reads as under:

"In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authorities to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.12.2016 in accordance with law."

The respondents filed a counter-affidavit stating that as per the orders of this Court, the representation, dated 05.12.2016, submitted by the petitioner was disposed of vide endorsement, dated 21.06.2017, made by the first respondent and a copy of the same has been communicated to the petitioner. In view of the above, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to question the said endorsement in accordance with law, if he so chooses.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand closed.
