HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32345 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not concluding the enquiry pursuant to the proceedings vide F.No.13/ZI/T/Hyd/2013, dated 30.05.2015, issued by the first respondent, in respect of the affairs of Mosque called as Masjid-e-Osmania (Ghulam Ali Khan), situated at H.No.17-5-213, Alawa Bibi, Dabeerpura, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel for Wakf Board, would submit that enquiry is going on and if some time is given, the authorities would complete the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same. 4) In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the enquiry initiated vide proceedings F.No.13/ZI/T/Hyd/2013, dated 30.05.2015, as early as possible, preferable within a period

of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
