Ms. V. Baby Rani, learned counsel, representing Sri Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the respondent, would submit that the dispute in the present appeal was already settled and, therefore, requests to dismiss the appeal. While admitting the same, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is accorded.

The present appeal suit is, accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand disposed of.
