HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32307 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in deleting the names of the petitioners from online records relating to the lands of the petitioners to an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in survey No.861/2 situated at Chinakraka village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as illegal and improper and consequently suspend the entries made by the 2nd respondent by incorporating the name of the 3rd respondent in online.

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) would submit that one Kapu Gorla Thirupathamma (third respondent) daughter of Mattepu Subbulu, one of the joint pattadars, has got included an extent of Ac.1.20 in Sy.No861/2 of Chinakraka village in her pattadar pass book and managed to mutate her name in village records such as adangal and 1B by misrepresenting facts, though she has no land in the said survey number. It is stated that necessary steps have been taken for deletion of the same from the records. 3) In view of the above representation, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent/Tahasildar to complete the said exercise in accordance with law as early as possible,

preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4) There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________ C. PRAVEEN KUMAR, J Date: 17.09.2018 GM
