Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
