HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36620 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleaders for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the second respondent in not disposing the ROR Appeal No.4/1190/2015 filed against the order dated 10.10.2013 in file No.A/1221/2013 of the Tahsildar, Mancherial, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispose of the appeal which is pending consideration before the second respondent. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the same is still pending consideration. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the ROR appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, if the same is still pending consideration. No costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
