HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32459 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 6 are interfering with the developmental activities of the petitioner, without there being any right.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that no complaint is received and no crime is registered against the petitioner on the file of RGI Airport Police Station, as on today. It is also stated that the respondent-police never called the petitioner to police station on the dates alleged in the petition.

Recording the submissions made in the written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.
