Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced a copy of F.I.R No.267 of 2018, dated 17.09.2018, registering a case against respondents 4 to 6, basing on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 27.08.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471, 506 and 509 read with 34 IPC.
